Flower delivery is carried out after payment and order placement.

The cost of delivery in Kyiv is 200 UAH. Payment for delivery is made simultaneously with payment for the order.
Outside Kyiv, delivery is calculated separately depending on the distance, according to the carrier's tariffs.
We ensure timely delivery.

If flowers are available, delivery is carried out within 1-2 hours, or at the specified delivery time.
When ordering a bouquet of seasonal flowers, our florists must decide on the composition and make a bouquet from available fresh and exquisite flowers that would provide the desired color, size, and packaging style.
When ordering a bouquet of more than 201 roses, the order requires clarification from our manager, please contact us.
Of course, we offer different prices for all flowers, bouquets, and various floral arrangements. You can choose a solution at an affordable price or order an original, quite expensive option.

For our clients we also offer:

• possibility of express delivery of orders on the day of application;

• Self-pickup from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from our stores.

Speaking of payment, various methods are also offered to customers:

• payment on account;

• payment through the site;

• online payment by card;

• cash upon pickup from the store (florists begin collecting online orders only after full or partial prepayment)

Of course, you can always come to the store to pick up the bouquet yourself. But flower delivery is comfortable. You can place an order at any time and remind the recipient of yourself. It doesn't matter at all where you are now, just call us or make a few clicks on the website, and soon the goods will be delivered to the address. Everyone can choose the option that suits them best. The return and exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the procedure and under the conditions specified in Article 707 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
